These went into my ceiling for a surround setup and the sound is shockingly even no matter where I sit. The shallow mounting depth made them way easier to fit than I expected. Honestly forgot they were even there until a movie kicked in.

The Uni-Q driver really does spread the sound around the room instead of beaming it at one spot, so I finally get even coverage from the kitchen through to the couch. Dialogue stays clear at low volumes too, which I didn't expect from an in-wall.

The Uni-Q driver really opens up the soundstage—sitting off to the side still gets a full, even tone instead of a dead spot. And since I didn’t have much cavity depth to work with, the shallow mounting saved my install completely.
