The Uni-Q driver really does spread the sound evenly, so I'm not stuck with one sweet spot on the couch anymore. Even at low volume, dialogue stays clear across the whole room. The shallow mounting depth also made them easy to tuck into my ceiling joists.

Installed four of these in my kitchen ceiling and the off-axis listening is genuinely impressive—standing at the counter versus the table, I'm not losing any detail. The shallow mounting depth saved me since I only had a few inches of clearance above the drywall.

The Uni-Q driver really opens up the whole room, so you don't have to sit dead-center to get clear audio. I was surprised how thin the housing is, too, which made it easy to squeeze into my low-clearance ceiling bay. Definitely a solid upgrade for distributed sound.
